Thank you for your interest in Manamoui container labourer.Business began back in April 2008 and our initial service started in Melbourne as a two-man container packing company. Over the years of trial & error we have emerged as a business that has taken the traditional labour hire concept to the next level. We have been market innovators in the labour supply field for the past five years. We know because we see our competitors copying the initiatives we implement. Our real success, however, has developed from our philosophy, company culture and a strong sense of:

Like all businesses we have gone through the growth stages; the home office phase; the rapid expansion of increased revenue at the expense of service quality phase; and for the past 12 months the contraction, consolidation and focus of getting the infra-structure and service balanced with the right mix.Through the years, 95% of business was gained through word of mouth, which we felt was testimony to our service. Having learnt the lessons of growth we are now ready for the next stage of our development and looking to build on our experience and know how.It is no longer about containers. We are in the people business and our job is to provide the best people with the best systems to deliver the best results.In July 2013 our move to the next phase came through the restructuring of our company.Manamoui Pty Ltd is the vehicle that has allowed all key personnel to take ownership of the business.
